State

State, originally uploaded by Monkey Magic.

I've lived in the West Hampstead/Kilburn area for 7 years now and I've finally taken a photo of Kilburn State bingo I like.

Wish i would have been here when it was a cinema though. There used to be loads of cinemas on Kilburn High Road, luckily we still have the Tricycle which is excellent.

Graf on the Greenway

Graf on the Greenway, originally uploaded by Monkey Magic.

More photos from my walk round the Olympic park. This is on the Greenway, a walkway cvering joseph Basalgette's Victorian enormous sewage pipes that lead from Hackney to Beckton.

This will all be cleaned up ready for the Olympics.

On the Greenway

East End kids, originally uploaded by Monkey Magic.

Went for a walk round the London 2012 Olympic park, one year after the announcement.

Quite depressing in palces, where old industrial buildings are being torn down to make way for flats and other expensive buildings.

However, it's still a beauitful area to explore and some of the older buildings will remain.

Saturate

Finally got some medium format film developed that I tookon my Israel trip.

This is a hotel on the beach in Tel-Aviv. Not as nice inside as outside.

Taken with a Coronet Flashmaster, an old bakelite camera with a plastic lens, and I think Fuji Velvia 50 film.
